Job Description
The cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities, our pubs are where stories are made and retold. We're looking for a motivated leader who can inspire their team to deliver genuine and memorable moments for our guests. This role is key in supporting the Venue Manager and the team to bring to life our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love'. A Day in the Life
1. Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
2. Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.
3. Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
4. Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity.
What We Need from You
* Great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Contagious passion for the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team.
* Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
