We provide premium care in a culturally appropriate setting and pride ourselves on our genuine commitment to making residents feel part of an extended and welcoming community.**Your role**Reporting directly to the Residential Services Manager, you will provide effective care leadership and oversight of clinical care to facilitate quality care based on assessed residents' needs that enhances and promotes quality of life.You will play a key role in providing clinical mentoring and coaching for all registered and non-registered care staff.A day in this role will see you:* Ensure resident care is assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated in accordance with the Pinangba model of care, taking into consideration each client's physical, social, emotional and clinical needs.* Assist and inform the Residential Service Manager to ensure that the service meets or exceeds all accreditation standards.* Provide expert advice and support against all key clinical indicators and their application in practice.* Provide clinical service monitoring reports to registered staff and management.
