Role The ****heads APAC team are looking for a talented Account Director to join our team.
An AD at ****heads is typically the business owner for at least one major account.
An AD will be responsible for the development and quality control of the accounts they work on.
Ultimately, the AD will own the client relationship and lead the creation and delivery of our work, ensuring strategic accuracy and creative quality.
You will take ownership of client accounts, executing the strategy, and working with your direct reports to plan the delivery of social media campaigns.
You will be the POC for senior clients, face of new business pitches and an advocate for the clients and brands you work with.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some major brands such as Cisco, Gitlab, Isuzu, EnergyAustralia, Live Nation, UNIQLO and more.
With this role we are looking for someone with experience with B2B, and ideally some experience of working with brands in the technology space.
The ****heads team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, who are experts managing client relationships.
You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Creative, Insights, to Design, and Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic vision Working with senior clients and senior personnel at ****heads, the AD will ensure that the account has a clear path forward.
This will involve developing a deep understanding of our client's business strategy and processes, working with clients to identify what their overall strategy for social communications is and where it fits into their wider organisation.
They will proactively work to constantly push clients forward and delight them with new and original thinking.
Client experience The AD will take overall responsibility for the client relationship ensuring a clear and transparent feedback loop into the agency.
They will take on all top level account resource decisions, ensuring that ****heads team members are intelligently positioned on the account and stay motivated and challenged.
Account profitability The AD will ensure that scoping is accurate and sensitive to the client's requirements and budgets.
They will ensure that account-servicing levels are tracked, understood and managed.
Account growth The AD will take a proactive approach to client relationship development, identifying and understanding where strategic growth opportunities are, establishing new relationships and proactively proposing new concepts and plans that will take our client's business forward and open up a broader service offering for ****heads.
Delivery of social The AD will take a high level view on the delivery of work, ensuring creative assets produced are true to the client approved plan, that performance targets are being met, streams are optimised when required and servicing levels are as they should be.
Your first priority will be to do your job to the best of your abilities.
Your second priority will be to help those around you to do their job to the best of their abilities.

KEY SKILLS 7+ years of agency experience; tech or related industry is a strong advantage Ideally, experience with global tech brands and experience with executing campaigns that speak to and are centered around AI Strategically minded with the ability to interpret research and carry audience insight into messaging and social communications strategies Thrives on creativity with the ability to fuel and steer thinking that forms innovative and imaginative ideas Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills Holds a deep knowledge of the social media landscape and in touch with the new trends and behaviours constantly emerging Seasoned leadership ability with clear and transparent communication skills that assure clients and internal teams Established experience working within cross agency teams Has an entrepreneurial spirit and a competitive edge ABOUT ****HEADS ****heads is a Social Transformation company.
