* Support Participants with complex barriers to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
* Contribute to site performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead by example with high-quality, person-centered support and service delivery.
Ideal qualifications and experience
* Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a strong track record of assisting people with disability into meaningful employment.
* Deep understanding of challenges faced by Participants with complex barriers and ability to deliver tailored, person-centered support.
* Natural ability to mentor and guide others, with experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development.
* Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs that lead to outcomes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with Participants, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
* A mature, proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or willingness to complete a formal qualification fully supported by Status as part of your employment journey with us.
What you will bring
* Proven frontline experience and readiness to take the next step in your career.
* A passion for helping people overcome barriers and achieve employment goals.
* Ability to support site performance through mentoring, program delivery, and collaborative practice.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
Our employee benefits
* Salary packaging options including Fringe Benefit Tax-exempt payments up to $15,900 per annum via Status.
* A performance reward system that provides additional paid leave benefits.
* Access to an Employee Assistance Program.
* A well-structured, fully supported induction program with ongoing development and training.
* Support from an internal team of dedicated specialists who provide community connections, employer engagement, and on-the-job support to strengthen each Participant's employment journey.
