Candidate Profile
You are a motivated and community-minded relationship manager with a strong interest in regional commercial and agribusiness banking. You will enjoy building long‐term relationships with customers, understanding their operations, and delivering banking solutions that support their growth and sustainability. You will be confident engaging with a range of industries, proactive in identifying new opportunities, and disciplined in your approach to credit quality, risk management and compliance.
Qualifications
* Experience in commercial banking, agribusiness banking or business lending.
* Strong relationship‐building capability, with a genuine customer‐first approach.
* Proven ability to generate new business and grow an existing portfolio.
* Sound understanding of credit assessment, lending fundamentals and risk frameworks.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
