Agricultural Operations Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of produce.
* Propagation: Plant seeds and seedlings to ensure healthy growth.
* Pest control: Monitor crops for signs of pests and diseases and take action to prevent damage.
* Crop management: Work with experienced farmers to manage crop rotation, irrigation, and fertilization.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in horticulture and strong skills in working with melons, pumpkins, and other crops.
