**ATLAS Recruitment** are looking for a contract foreman for a period of up to 6 months. You will be expected to oversea a section of this large scale building project, looking after all internal fit-out and finishes as well as some external works.
It's important that you have prior knowledge of finishes and fit-out work ideally on medium to large scale building projects. This is a large intricate job so having good all round refurbishment experience in a commercial building setting will be required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and motivate trades in a fast-paced environment
- Trade background preferred
- Previous exposure to large building projects
- Strong communication across all stakeholder levels
- QA standards & WHS Experience
**To be successful**
- Previous experience as a foreman with a Principal Contractor
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Experience with fit-out & finishes
