As a maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.
Key responsibilities include performing preventative and reactive maintenance on buildings, plant and equipment, furniture, fittings, gardens, lawns, and carparks. You will also be required to maintain asset acquisition and disposals in a maintenance database, manage site vehicles and loading dock areas, collaborate with supervisors and managers on budget planning and asset management, purchase and order equipment, report and manage resident and staff complaints regarding maintenance services, develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and contractors, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in preventative and reactive maintenance systems
* Hands-on property maintenance experience
* An understanding of operational processes
* Experience managing property-related contractors
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365
* A valid driver's license
* Fire Safety Officer training (or willingness to undertake) - desirable
* Experience in an aged care or health care environment
