Power the future with Pacific Energy.We are seeking a Project Manager experienced in delivering large commercial and industrial construction projects, capable of managing end‐to‐end delivery from planning and design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
This 12‐month max‐term role puts you at the centre of delivering our new state‐of‐the‐art facility near Perth Airport. As Project Manager, you'll oversee and drive the successful completion of our new building and workshop.
The role requires strong technical understanding of building systems, structural and services integration, and compliance with relevant standards, along with solid financial and stakeholder management capability.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Project Manager will:
* Oversee project performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
* Coordinate resources, schedules, and delivery timelines
* Monitor work‐in‐progress and ensure timely milestone completion
* Define project scope, priorities, and resource requirements
* Manage team capacity and set clear deliverable timelines
* Lead project meetings and drive continuous improvement
* Identify, document, and mitigate project risks
* Manage document control, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely tracking
* Evaluate issues, assess options, and make sound, timely decisions
* Contribute to lessons‐learned reviews and improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery

* Proven experience delivering commercial building projects on time and within budget
* Strong planning, scheduling, and cost‐control capability
* Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical drawings
* Skilled in contract administration, procurement, variations, and risk management
* Effective leadership of site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‐management skills
* Strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance
* Proficient with construction software (Procore, Aconex, MS Project, Primavera etc.)
* Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
