We're seeking a proactive Process Manager to join one of our growing State Government customer accounts in Perth. This is a fixed term contract (3‐6 months), business hours role, onsite, with a start date as soon as possible.
Overview
This Process champion will own embedding process rigor, bridging the gap between technical delivery and stakeholder requirements to foster a culture of continuous service improvement across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, and Configuration areas.
Responsibilities
* Embed process rigor and ensure integration of core ITSM processes.
* Lead and coordinate incident bridge calls ensuring diagnosis, containment, and resolution.
* Design, continuously improve, and practically integrate new or updated practices across operational teams.
* Document and create clear process guides, work instructions, and procedural documents.
* Mentor team members, share expertise, and apply lessons learned.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing and governing key ITIL processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills to navigate discovery and integration of core ITSM processes.
* Strong documentation and written communication skills.
* Collaborative approach and openness to mentoring.
* Australian citizenship; ability to obtain Government level security clearances.
