Senior HR Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension.
About The Role:
* This is a key advisory role where you will be working closely with leaders across the business to influence positive workplace outcomes, support organisational change, and enhance employee experience.
* You will lead the development of people policies, deliver tailored HR advice, and oversee employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to workforce planning and capability development.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application.
* Leading the review, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Supporting recruitment and selection, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
About You:
* You must have demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end HR services in a dynamic environment.
* Qualifications or 4+ years' experience in HR, employee relations, or a related discipline.
* High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, consult, and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice.
* A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing.
* Familiarity with HR legislation, public sector frameworks, and modern workplace practice.
