Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction to the team and business unit
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
* Contribute to the growth of the Planning, Consultation and Urban Design Team
* Work with Business Development on marketing strategies
* Offer technical guidance on projects and create community engagement plans
Requirements include:
* Proven experience working on diverse projects in property, transport, water, energy, and environment sectors
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand and analyse complex information, conducting research
* Leadership qualities with people management, resource allocation, and workload control
