ACAS positions offer flexibility and autonomy and are based across both metropolitan and regional locations, with most roles involving local travel within each region. What will your role look like ? As a n Assessor y ou’ll be out and about in your Region visiting and c ompleting Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessment s using the AN-ACC Assessment Tool. Day to day this includes: Assessments for New residents, Respite care, reconsideration and palliative AN-ACC Assessment. Role To be successful in this role you’ll need: A kind heart and genuine passion for the elderly A Tertiary qualification in a health related discipline with the relevant current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration. Suitable for a Registered Nurse, Medical Officer, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 5 years experience delivering clinical services in an aged care setting Currently have or willing to obtain the RAC Funding Assessor accreditation.
