About the position
Our client is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer who not only brings legal skill and confidence to the table but values a workplace that understands family commitments and offers real flexibility.
Working within a highly respected and collaborative Family Law team, you'll manage a broad range of matters, including:
1. Parenting arrangements and custody concerns
2. Complex property settlements
3. Financial agreements and separation advice
4. International matters and relocation cases
This role provides you with autonomy over your practice, access to top-tier legal minds, and support from a genuinely caring leadership team. Key Requirements
5. Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in Family Law (private practice preferred experience)
6. Confident in independently managing files and providing strategic advice
7. Outstanding interpersonal skills and client care focus
8. A strong team mindset and desire to work in a collaborative group
9. Interest in mentoring or guiding junior lawyers
