Our client is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail sites, drive team performance, and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of contracted schools across the region. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to influence both daily operations and long-term growth

About You
You're an experienced multi-site retail leader who thrives on coaching teams, building relationships, and driving operational excellence. You're confident presenting to schools and comfortable with everything from visual merchandising to rostering. Organised, proactive, and professional, you love seeing your region succeed through people development and strategic growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conducting regular visits to stores across the Peel and South West
* Leading recruitment, training, and performance management for store teams
* Overseeing visual merchandising standards and new store setups
* Managing store rosters and ensuring wage costs remain on budget
* Maintaining strong relationships with contracted schools through termly visits
* Supporting product development and uniform changes in collaboration with schools
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards
