Software Engineer (Mid/Senior)

What will you be doing?
* Designing and delivering end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and data layers
* Improving existing systems for performance, reliability, and scale
* Contributing to sprint planning and technical discussions
* Reviewing code and raising the quality bar as the platform grows
* Working closely with product and non-technical stakeholders to solve real problems
* Helping influence architectural direction as complexity increases

What you need to succeed...
You do not need to tick every box, but you will likely bring...
* Strong full-stack capability and confidence moving between layers
* Solid experience in C#/.NET, Node, TypeScript, and React (or similar frameworks)
* A mindset of continuous improvement, you like being stretched
* Care for code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability
* Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environment
* Availability across Brisbane core hours (10am-4pm AEST)
Bonus points for experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, performance profiling, build tooling, or graphics/rendering workflows.
