About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager who can design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, support sales, and elevate our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaigns & Demand Generation: Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture and convert leads. Plan and execute campaigns across paid and organic channels (website, email, social, search) aligned with the construction industry's ICP.
* Content & Messaging: Create and maintain a consistent content calendar tailored to the construction industry, including case studies, thought leadership, and video. Collaborate with sales to develop compelling sales enablement assets addressing construction finance pain points.
* Partnership & Event Marketing: Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners. Coordinate and activate our presence at key industry events (e.g., conferences, expos).
