Currently, we are inviting Expressions of Interest for multiple trade roles, including Painter & Carpenter positions located in Warrnambool, VIC.
About the Role:
We seek a skilled and reliable Painter / Handyman to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role requiring both independent work and teamwork across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform site preparation, property repairs and general maintenance tasks
* Carry out interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and application of paints, sealers and solvents
* Complete minor plastering, patching, caulking and other handyman repairs
* Ensure a clean and safe working environment in line with WHS standards
* Attend client sites as scheduled and complete required documentation, including photos and service reports
Responsibilities for the Carpenter Role:
This position involves carrying out various carpentry tasks across construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include the construction, installation and repair of structures, focusing on precision, safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret blueprints and plans to complete carpentry tasks accurately
* Construct, install and repair structures such as walls, floors, doors and cabinetry
* Measure, cut and assemble materials using hand and power tools
* Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications
* Collaborate with team members and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time
