The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of safe and efficient pumping and earthworks operations.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Ensure that HSEC standards are consistently applied by departmental personnel, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
* Identify opportunities to enhance performance, processes, and systems, driving continuous improvement and growth.
* Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize pumping and earthworks operations and practices within the department.
* Demonstrate strong business acumen, prioritizing safety, culture, productivity, and costs in decision-making.
* Foster cross-functional relationships to support the successful delivery of operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Provide coaching and development opportunities to personnel, helping them to optimize their skills and reach their full potential.
