Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Sales professionals, elevating performance through mentoring, inspiring and coaching
* Track and monitor effectiveness of sales teams and deliver against key metrics such as sales KPIs and customer satisfaction scores
* Oversee lead management effectiveness by driving timely follow‐up, ensuring accurate activity tracking, and enforcing disciplined pipeline progression across the sales team
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to the CEO and COO, collaborating on process improvements
* Manage the sales workflow and partner closely with marketing, product, operations, service, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the sales process
* Build and maintain relationships with developers and land agents to generate sales opportunities
* Manage recruitment of new sales staff through identifying top performers and cultural alignment
Qualifications
* Leadership experience within new home sales and/or related sectors
* Strong aptitude to lead and develop the team's capability
* Experience executing sales strategies and pipeline
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to drive change
* Continuous improvement mindset to enhance results across the team
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel to the North head office and display homes
* Willingness to work events after hours and some weekends to meet the availability of customers
