Purpose of the Role - Senior Development Manager
The role focuses on cultivating and securing contributions from high-net-worth individuals and philanthropic organisations, driving growth in our revenue stream. This involves creating meaningful donor relationships that enhance our mission of advancing social inclusion for people with disability.

Role Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and secure major gifts revenue by developing effective engagement strategies for high-net-worth individuals and their giving vehicles.
* Conduct extensive prospect research and identify potential donors for engagement.
* Develop a donor stewardship program to recruit and retain Major Donors.
* Create compelling communication materials to convey our mission to major donors.
* Bolster our Major Gifts revenue stream to generate a minimum annual revenue of $1.5M leading up to annual revenues of $2M in 3 years.
* Manage metrics and reporting related to mass, mid-level, and major gifts.
* Represent us at networking events and sector meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as business administration or non-profit management.
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated expertise in fundraising specifically in generating a minimum of $1M annually in Major Gifts revenue.
* Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing donor journey strategies.
* Measuring data and ensuring reporting in relation to major giving.
