Nurse Specialist
We are seeking an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in human resources to fill this challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the recruitment, appointment, and retention of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care across the region.
* Liaise with clinical managers to facilitate forward planning in nursing recruitment.
* Maintain oversight of staffing data to inform decisions across all areas.
* Participate in grievance and disciplinary procedures to contribute to a positive work environment.
* Assist in policy development and provide expert advice to enhance organisational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified nurse with extensive post-registration management experience.
* Strong understanding of industrial relations, including Awards/EBA's and grievance procedures.
* Proven ability to demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant experience with HR processes.
* Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant discipline or progression towards is desirable.
