Overview
Customer Experience Supervisor at La Trobe Sport, Bundoora campus, Melbourne. This is a continuing, full-time opportunity located at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus. Base salary from $65,982 plus 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate sales of a range of facilities and experiences delivered by La Trobe Sport
* Support outstanding customer experience across La Trobe University's sport infrastructure
* Develop teaching and learning opportunities related to sport
* Build the university's research capacity related to sport
* Develop sporting partnerships that enhance teaching, learning and research
* Facilitate coordination across student services and facilities management to maximise opportunities for club sport and sport partnerships with community and school sport groups
* Support the development of new infrastructure to enhance sport and sport-related programs
* Manage La Trobe University sport-related partnerships and sponsorships
Skills and Experience
* Good communication skills (verbal, written, listening, interpreting, nonverbal)
* Flexible attitude and adaptability to change
* Good organisational and time management skills; ability to prioritise, work independently or as part of a team, and work well under pressure
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using information technology applications relevant to the role
* Capability with relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
* Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail
* Positive and proactive attitude to work
* Willingness to learn
Special Requirements
* Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required depending on sport facility bookings and major events
