Join Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays, planograms, point of sale set‐up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role
Territory: Busselton and surrounds
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, average of 18 hours per week. Hours are based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hours)
Availability: Flexibility across Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
Successful Candidate will have
* Previous experience in planogram/layouts in a grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
* Strong friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
