You will be a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety processes are observed, and performing quality assurance activities. You will also take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career is essential. Experience and knowledge in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, safety and quality standards for operating machinery, reading and writing, and collaborating well in a diverse work environment is required. An understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate must be able to work up to 9.5 hour shifts on a rotating roster of day or night shifts.
