Using the appropriate financial and reporting mechanisms, you will achieve time, quality and cost objectives for clients and stakeholders.
This role is integral in achieving outcomes in the RAN Mobiles program delivery and will leverage ways of working through partnering with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to; SAED PDC/SAO, Transmission Project Managers, Material Managers, WPMO Contract Specialists, Acceptance Manager, and internal/external delivery partners.
You will use your experience working with complex stakeholder environments to manage expectations and deliver your projects within budget, quality, and scope constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and reinforcement of the desired culture for the business consistent with Telstra Values.Conduct regular critical path, milestones and project interdependencies reviews, provide feedback to appropriate stakeholders and update milestone data in appropriate systems/applications.Identify roadblocks that impact the delivery of projects within specified time, cost and quality and escalate these roadblocks to the Wireless Delivery Program Lead, if they cannot be resolved within the project team.Must comply with Telstra Business Principles, Telstra Values, Telstra Code of Conduct and Telstra's policies and procedures.Work within the SD4 (Band 3) Company Delegations procedure.Within your Company Delegation review and approve work order.
Identify and implement cost saving initiatives to reduce operational, program and project direct and indirect costs.Ensure robust financial management has been applied to expenditure related to your portfolio and that it is properly approved and within budget.Identify and escalate to the Wireless Delivery Program Lead any risks to the approved budget and proactively seek resolution.On an ongoing basis, review the overall national RAN Mobiles delivery schedule to ensure that problematic milestones are identified and if risks are known, effective mitigation strategies are implemented for your portfolio of projects.Manage the team's delivery of output within prescribed parameters, escalating unanticipated variations for approval.Understand and apply programmatic planning, coordination and controlling methods to drive achievement of project OKR/KPI's and outcomes.Lead agreed productivity opportunities across your portfolio of projects to support the Wireless Program Management Office overarching deliverables.Lead knowledge management across the business area including technology, process and standards.Ensure that appropriate applications have been updated to provide business unit reporting and all expenditure is within specified budget levels, to maximise their potential and in accordance with business objectives.Ensure the necessary frameworks are implemented so that a robust customer and stakeholder engagement process operates within the Wireless Program Management Office.
