NAX Capital is growing, and we're looking for a Trading Desk Manager to support our trading operations and help execute strategies across crypto markets.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in fast‐paced environments, enjoys market analysis, and can execute with precision and accountability.
About the Role
As a Trading Desk Manager, you will support daily trading activities across multiple accounts, combining technical analysis with real‐time execution, reporting, and basic treasury support.
You'll play a key role in identifying trade opportunities, monitoring market conditions, managing positions, and supporting liquidity across trading accounts.
This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
What You'll Be Doing
* Analysing crypto markets (BTC, ETH, and altcoins) across multiple timeframes
* Identifying trade setups using technical analysis
* Executing trades across client subaccounts
* Monitoring positions, market movements, and risk exposure
* Tracking capital allocation, positions, and P&L across accounts
* Preparing end‐of‐day trading reports and performance updates
* Maintaining accurate trade logs and execution records
Treasury Support
* Supporting capital movement and liquidity across trading accounts
* Assisting with account rebalancing between fiat and crypto
* Monitoring balances and escalating any liquidity or settlement issues
* Sharing trade ideas and updates with the team
About You
You're someone who:
* Has experience working closely with a founder, startup, or early‐stage business (essential)
* Has a strong proven experience in cryptocurrency and financial markets
* Understands technical analysis and trading fundamentals
* Is detail‐oriented and highly disciplined
* Can make decisions in a fast‐moving environment
* Is reliable, accountable, and proactive
* Communicates clearly and works well within a team
