They have a consultative based approach, assisting specifiers, consultants, contractors and builders on all facets of a project from concept to install.
An exciting opportunity has become available to join their team as a Business Development Manager/Sales Consultant.
About the role:
* Drive sales and profitably.
* Manage and maintain CRM.
* Arrange and facilitate product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
* Partake, sponsor and be present at industry and networking events (design, property, engineering).
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in the Lighting Industry, electrical/construction or architecture related field is highly regarded.
* Experience presenting and pitching to clients and customers.
* Experience using CRMs and Mac / Microsoft suite of software.
* Driven and motivated self-starter.
* Excellent organisation skills and a positive 'can do' attitude.
* Confident, clear and concise communication style and the ability to quickly adapt/transition thinking from creative, to pragmatic to commercial thinking.
* Thirst for knowledge and a desire for continuous learning.
* Competitive nature with a win at all cost attitude whilst remaining respectful and professional.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to solve problems and think outside the box.
