The Opportunity
As the business continues to expand, an exciting position has opened up for an Assistant Development Manager within the land-lease division. This role is suited to professionals with a background in property economics, town planning, civil engineering, or related fields. You'll be integral in supporting development initiatives across Brisbane, providing analysis, insight, and project support to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update project financial models
* Prepare due diligence reports on potential development sites
* Assist Development Managers with updated cost forecasts
* Deliver high-level analysis and reporting across active projects
* Provide regular updates to management on budgets, progress, risks, and opportunities
About You
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a role such as ADM, Project Management, Analyst, or Town Planning
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, or Project Management
* Strong financial and feasibility modelling skills
* A genuine passion for property and commitment to building a long-term career in the industry
