Procare's Factual Investigation Division is growing, and we're seeking Investigators based in
Darwin
(or willing to relocate) to join our team. If you're sharp, curious, reliable, and pride yourself on accuracy, we want to hear from you. All experience levels welcome
This is ideally a full time position however part time will be considered.
The Role
* Conduct field enquiries and interviews;
* Assist with skip tracing witness location support;
* Prepare and draft factual reports in a timely manner;
* Visit various locations in Darwin / across NT to interview appropriate key parties;
* Support desktop intelligence & surveillance tasks when required; and
* Assist with case administration and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations (or willing to obtain);
* Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (or willing to obtain);
* Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
* Experience in insurance investigations (workers' compensation, CTP, or general insurance) is a plus but not essential;
* Have excellent written and verbal skills; and
* Ability to manage time, priorities, deadlines and maintain quality under pressure
