Duties
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex and high-value transactions across M&A;, major projects (including renewable energy and other sectors), contracting and general corporate matters
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and strategic business initiatives
- Deliver pragmatic, forward-thinking legal and commercial advice that aligns with clients' long-term objectives
- Support clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with a highly regarded Partner and contribute to the development of client relationships
Skills & experience
- 5+ years’ post-admission experience, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Sharp drafting skills and commercially focused advice
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to mentor juniors
- Clear communicator with a strong client service mindset
- Strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and juggles priorities with ease
