A global manufacturer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with managers through all elements of the recruitment process.
This role involves management of all elements of talent acquisition including:
* recruitment of administrative, technical, professional and leadership roles;
* job design and enhancement of position descriptions;
* producing shortlists for managers and providing guidance around interview techniques and selection processes;
* supporting succession planning initiatives;
* coordinating reference checks, testing and compliance;
* managing offers and preparing for onboarding and inductions;
* managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years talent acquisition and recruitment experience, either internally or in agency. Experience in recruiting high volume roles, preferably in blue-collar space, is also required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful and resilient.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Designing job specifications that meet business needs;
2. Developing effective recruitment strategies;
3. Coordinating interviews and assessment centers;
4. Managing references and background checks;
5. Providing support during the onboarding process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years talent acquisition and recruitment experience;
* Experience in recruiting high volume roles, preferably in blue-collar space;
* Proactive, resourceful and resilient skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
