We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services through our Training Services team, which is a renowned provider of Certificate III training courses. Our expert trainers bring real-world skills directly to the classroom using a unique blended approach of face-to-face theory and hands-on practical activities.
Vocational placements are also organised for our students, and we take great pride in the success rate of our graduates gaining employment in their chosen field.
About the Training Services Manager Role
This newly created position requires an exceptional individual who will oversee the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) programs. The successful candidate will lead, supervise, and coach staff to ensure consistency with legislation and quality standards.
* Oversee RTO operations and SQW programs
* Lead, supervise, and coach staff members
* Manage team operations to meet legislative and quality standards
* Identify opportunities for new business development in accredited and non-accredited training
* Ensure RTO scope registration compliance with Australian Skills Quality Authority standards
Your Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
* Recent experience in learning and development, with expertise in instructional design and e-learning
* Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills
* Hands-on experience with Learning Management System platforms
* A proven track record in leading teams within the training sector
