Senior Specialist Employment and Industrial Relations Lawyer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior specialist Employment and Industrial Relations lawyer to join the cohesive and supportive legal team of a leading Australian organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on a broad range of workplace relations and employment law matters including:
* Advising on employment contracts and policies, industrial instruments, investigations and performance management;
* Providing legal and strategic recommendations regarding implications of significant workplace changes;
* Managing workplace relations disputes;
* Collaborating with the business in relation to compliance with workplace relations legal requirements.
Specialist employment and industrial relation experience, strong communication skills, a strategic, outcomes‐focused approach to matters, an ability to think critically, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential attributes for the role.
