Account Manager – Sunshine Coast
Join our fantastic QLD team as an Account Manager based on the Sunshine Coast, where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. This role focuses on strengthening existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of staffing solutions.
You'll act as the key liaison between our clients and operational teams, working to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to meet revenue and service targets.
* Deliver high-level customer service through regular site visits, issue resolution, and proactive relationship management.
* Develop account management plans, ensuring adherence to SLAs and commercial objectives.
* Promote Programmed's full suite of services and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
* Support onboarding of new clients in line with compliance and company procedures.
* Monitor site activity, fill rates, and timesheet accuracy to meet client expectations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to deliver quality outcomes.
