Our Deakin clinic is seeking an Office Manager to join the team
The role is a full time or part time position working Monday to Friday
***Part time opportunities are a nine day fortnight or four day week
Role Overview:
As an Office Manager, you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc.
* Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that rotate around the Canberra clinics
* Plan and manage daily clerical staff rostering
* Manage the clinic's daily appointment schedule
* Manage the clinic's daily banking and other financial applications and requirements
* Work closely with the Regional manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist/s
What we're looking for:
People management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position.
A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Ability to work across all four clinics as required - Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, Tuggeranong
