Business Development Manager - CFD / Forex Trading (English & Bilingual Speaking)

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Sydney to drive growth within the CFD and Forex trading space.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry connections, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to generate revenue, particularly through partnerships, affiliates, and trading communities. You will play a key role in expanding ACY's presence by building and managing relationships with IBs, affiliates, trading educators, fund managers, and professional traders.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the CFD/Forex market
* Build and manage a portfolio of IBs, affiliates, and institutional or high-value clients
* Leverage your existing network to drive immediate revenue and trading volume
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets
* Maintain strong relationships with partners through ongoing engagement and support
* Collaborate with internal teams (dealing, marketing, product) to optimise client outcomes
* Represent ACY at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities
* Drive brand awareness through partnerships, referrals, and community engagement
Requirements
* Proven track record in Business Development / Sales within Forex, CFD, or online trading industry
* Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and grow client/partner portfolios
* Strong network within trading communities, IBs, or affiliate channels is highly desirable
* Solid understanding of financial markets, leveraged products, and trading platforms
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage
* Based in Sydney and able to work onsite
