THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join the high-performing Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales team of a global MedTech leader.
Based in Launceston, you’ll take full ownership of a key territory, driving sales growth and expanding market share by partnering with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, physicians, and clinical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive sales and promote a market-leading Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio across the Tasmanian territory
* Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Provide ongoing product education and clinical support, ensuring stakeholders are confident in product use and application
* Gather and report market intelligence, including insights on competitor activity and customer trends
* Contribute to and execute territory development plans, adapting strategies as needed to support growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams by sharing customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation
ABOUT YOU:
* At least 3 years of sales experience within the medical device or healthcare industry
* Proven success as a Territory Manager, hospital pharmaceutical sales professionals are welcome to apply
* A background in nursing, allied health, or biomedical sciences is highly regarded
* Confidence managing a territory autonomously and building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals
* Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly absorb complex clinical and technical information
* Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional hours outside standard business times
* Availability to travel interstate for training or team meetings as required
* A self-motivated mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes
* Must hold a valid driver’s license
