You'll work closely with the broader commercial and brand teams to ensure seamless in-market execution, while also measuring performance, tracking results, and driving continuous improvement, efficiency and investment. We offer a Hybrid working arrangement- 3 days in our Southbank Office and 2 days WFH.**This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract****Key Responsibilities:*** **Strategic & Portfolio Management**: Support portfolio growth through strategic planning, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration.* **Commercial Acumen**: Drive P&L improvements, manage budgets, and optimize pricing for volume and value.* **Innovation Leadership**: Shape innovation strategy and lead NPD/product improvement projects from concept to launch.* **Brand Strategy & Communication**: Strengthen brand equity, develop compelling propositions, and deliver integrated campaigns with agency partners.* **Digital & Social Media**: Manage engaging social content and support digital campaign execution.* **Channel & Retailer Development**: Translate brand strategy into channel/customer plans and support sales teams with tailored marketing**What you'll bring:*** Tertiary and or Postgraduate qualifications in Commerce or Marketing* 2–3 years in FMCG marketing experience* A passion for brands and consumer marketing* Proactive and agile, ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative to drive results cross functionally* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to relevant audiences both internal and external* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and budgets, and a data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building* Team player and ability to demonstrate strong cross functional skillsAt Saputo, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
