Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
* Process accounts payable invoices, player management fees, payroll-related invoices, and employee reimbursements.
* Process weekly and ad hoc payment runs.
* Input and process all debtor invoicing and send out to clients.
* Reconcile corporate credit card expenditures.
* Maintain and update supplier records, including verifying EFT details.
* Administer player medical costs, lodge Medicare and Medibank returns, and reconcile refunds.
* Manage accounts receivable/payable queries and the Finance team's shared email account.
* Oversee petty cash, floats, Uber expenses, cash & cheque banking.
* Prepare and post travel-related journals, expense schedules, payments, and reconciliations.
* Maintain systems user records for onboarding/offboarding and complete ad hoc tasks for the Finance Manager and CFO.
