12-month Fixed Term/Part-time (0.7 FTE) position working 26 hours per week. Immediate start available.
Flexible days of the week to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
Based in St Kilda with some travel within Melbourne to support the AOD Traineeship.
SCHADS Level 4 with salary packaging options to enhance your take-home income.

Role Overview
The Learning Content Writer & Coordinator will facilitate and coordinate the AOD Traineeship Program and develop content for e-learning and training courses. This involves liaising with subject matter experts, researching, and creating high-quality learning materials.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support training for Windana’s AOD Clinician Trainees.
Collaborate with partner agencies on the AOD Traineeship Program.
Write and develop content for e-learning modules and training sessions.
Align training content with organizational priorities and sector standards.
Work with stakeholders to co-create learning content.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideally 2+ years’ experience in community services, healthcare, AOD, or mental health sectors.
Mentorship, teaching, or research experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant tertiary degree or ongoing studies in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Adult Education, Public Health, or related fields.
