WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end beauty and K-beauty campaigns, working closely with both brands and creators to deliver high-performing, product-driven content.
You will be responsible for:
* Campaign execution & managementSupport end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube within the beauty and K-beauty spaceManage timelines, deliverables, and creator workflows using ClickUpEnsure content aligns with brand positioning, product messaging, and current beauty trends
* Creator sourcing & evaluationIdentify and source high-performing beauty and K-beauty creatorsEvaluate creators based on performance metrics, audience demographics, and content styleUse tools like Beacons to assess creator ecosystems, link performance, and monetisation behaviour
* Outreach, negotiation & deal managementLead outreach to creators and managers to secure partnershipsNegotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and paid media termsStructure deals with a commercial understanding of campaign economics (CPM, conversion potential, product margins)
* Content direction & performanceContribute ideas for content angles that perform in beauty (before/after, routine integration, hook formats)Ensure creator content is authentic and showcases visible product results rather than overly scripted messagingAnalyse campaign performance (views, engagement, CPM, conversion signals) and feed insights into future creator selection
* Relationship managementBuild long-term relationships with beauty creators and brand partnersAct as the main point of contact throughout campaignsDrive repeat partnerships through strong execution and communication
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media marketingStrong experience within the beauty, skincare, or K-beauty industryDeep understanding of TikTok and Instagram beauty content formatsFluent EnglishHigh ownership and autonomy. You solve problems independently and don't need to be hand-heldStrong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
