**Your role at Vertice**:
We're looking for commercially focussed professionals who are familiar with recurring revenue that are keen to work closely with and delighting customers. You will have experience of working cross functionally and delivering on KPIs.
You'll be reporting to a Purchasing Director and work closely with the rest of the buying and customer success team, with responsibility for delivering great outcomes to our customers by negotiating SaaS purchases and renewals with their vendors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with some of the fastest growing companies in the world, negotiating SaaS deals on their behalf
- Engage with our customers' senior stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and purchase objectives
- Act as the primary buy-side contact for our customers, ensuring that their commercial objectives are met
- Work closely with the Vertice account management and sales teams to maintain strong relationships with our customers

- Experience n high volume transations in a buying, selling or facilitating capacity
- Be an active listener that negotiates with empathy and understands negotiating isn't about "winning"
- Be a creative thinker that challenges customers and suppliers to help reach desired outcomes
- Be an amazing people-person! Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers is a must
- Have demonstrable success in delivering results working cross-functionally
- With a flexible, agile, and adaptable approach; used to wearing multiple hats and you won't get easily overwhelmed
