Job Description
We are looking for a skilled leading hand / diagnostic specialist. This isn't just a \"wrenching\" job, You will be the technical heartbeat of our shop. you will oversee a team of techs and apprentices, ensuring the highest quality of repair work and tackle the complex diagnostics that come into our shop.
If you are a master of your craft who enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in a clean, efficient shop, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on light vehicles (Petrol & Diesel)
Min 5 year's post apprenticeship, with real hands-on experience in diagnostics and repairs Carry out servicing and general repairs. Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
Support and lead our workshop team and help maintain a high standard of work Strong diagnostic ability with modern vehicle systems. Current drivers licence
What You Bring to the Table Experience: A highly skilled mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Certifications: Cert III Light vehicle Mechanic Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and shop management systems Leadership: A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example under pressure.
