The Opportunity
As a Solutions Engineer you will serve as the critical bridge between the Sales and Technical Services teams. You will partner with sales executives to engage clients, understand their business and security needs and design tailored service solutions across DFIR, Penetration Testing, ROC (24/7 Risk Operations Centre), GRC and other offerings.
You will have deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear business value for our clients.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Partner with sales to understand client requirements, challenges and objectives.
* Design tailored solutions and proposals that align with client needs across DFIR, Pen Testing, SOC, GRC and Privacy / AI services.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase service capabilities.
* Collaborate closely with internal technical leaders and SMEs to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scoped correctly and align with delivery capabilities.
* Develop and maintain standardized proposal templates, service descriptions and scoping tools to streamline the sales‑to‑delivery process.
* Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, threats, tools and compliance frameworks.
* Support RFP / RFI responses with accurate and persuasive technical input.
* Act as the technical liaison between the client and internal delivery teams during early engagement and onboarding phases.
* Provide feedback to product and delivery teams based on client needs and market trends.
What We're Looking For
* 5 years in cybersecurity, information security or related technical fields.
* Experience in a managed security service provider (MSSP) or consulting environment.
* Strong familiarity with services such as DFIR, Penetration Testing, SOC operations, GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) and AI / Privacy risk management.
* Proven experience supporting sales or business development teams in a technical pre‑sales or consulting capacity.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
* Experience creating proposals, SOWs and technical documentation.
