Occupational Therapist Graduate Role

About the Role
* Deliver individual and group therapies in purpose-built clinics, homes and schools.
* Work collaboratively with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Manage a gradually ramping caseload to support your transition into independent practice.
* Receive regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Rely on an admin team for bookings and invoicing support to enable you to focus on clinical work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective therapy plans that meet the needs of clients and their families.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
5. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
