We are seeking a confident, passionate and engaged Senior Support Worker to manage one of our Supported Independent Living homes.
We are looking for an experienced support worker who is confident in leadership, complex needs, hoisting and managing challenging behaviors.
This position is being offered on a full time basis Monday to Friday based in Mandurah.
What is involved:
Manage a team of Support Workers (supervision, probation reviews, team meetings)
Stakeholder liaison and management
A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
In-home daily activities, personal care, medication assistance, mealtime management, recreational activities
Following therapy and positive behavior plans.
Applying PBSP strategies to promote customer well-being
Ensuring that all compliance, as well as required documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
SCHADS Level 3 in line with your skills and experience

Key Requirements:
High level of reliability and resilience for customers with diverse, complex needs
NDIS Screening Clearance
NDIS Worker orientation module certificate
Current WA Class C drivers' license and own reliable car
