The role reports directly to the Manager Remuneration and plays a vital part in all aspects of remuneration and benefits projects. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Remuneration & Benefits annual programs, including Performance, Annual Salary Review, STI, and Executive LTI. They will also assist with administration of external providers, preparation of salary survey submissions, and analysis of the results. Key responsibilities include:
