Role Description
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of turnkey site compounds, from initial client engagement through to installation, ongoing site support and demobilization. You will work closely with clients, internal operations and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and specification.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple site compound and equipment hire projects concurrently
Coordinate site inspections, logistics, cranage, resources and subcontractors
Develop and manage project programs, budgets and variations
Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with WHS, site requirements and RhinoSite procedures
Manage quality, risk and issue resolution on active sites
Provide accurate project reporting and documentation

About You
Experience in project management within construction, equipment hire, modular buildings or temporary works
Strong understanding of construction site environments and sequencing
Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Sound knowledge of WHS obligations on construction sites
Proficient in project management systems (e.g. - ) and Microsoft Office
Current driver's license (essential), White Card is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to travel regionally and domestically to conduct job site inspections
