We're searching for an Event Sales Coordinator with passion, precision, and people skills to match. If you love creating seamless event experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment — this is your chance to shine.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients — guiding them through every stage of their event journey, from the first call to the final applause. Whether it's a corporate conference, a glamorous race day, or a private celebration, you'll bring ideas to life and ensure every detail is picture-perfect.
As part of our high-performing Sales Team, you'll:
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Coordinate all aspects of event planning — proposals, logistics, and on-the-day coordination.
* Convert enquiries into bookings while identifying upsell opportunities.
* Work hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Operations teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
* Represent Morphettville at events, trade shows, and industry functions.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in event sales or coordination within hospitality, venues, or events.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
* A flair for communication and genuine commitment to customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Ungerboeck highly regarded).
* Professional presentation and a "can-do" attitude.
